- The Federal Constitutional Court shall consist of eight (8) federal judges. Each cantonal Parliament shall appoint two (2) members. They may not be members of the Federal Parliament, of the Federal Government, or of any of the corresponding bodies of a canton.
- The organization and procedure of the Federal Constitutional Court shall be regulated by federal law.
