Federalism doesn’t solve foreign policy

Our constitution is proposing an embedded neutrality that will avoid any future conflict when it comes to foreign policy.

As a matter of fact, the members of Presidential Federal Council that will be responsible for foreign policy, will take any decision related to foreign policy by unanimous vote, ie, each member will have a veto power when it comes to sensitive decisions.
