Public property in the federation: what belongs to the municipalities, to the cantons and to the federation.
In the canton, assets lying within one canton are cantonal.
At the federal level, assets linking the cantons – roads, pipelines, grids – are federal and open to all (Art. 111, 115).
The assets and debts of today’s state are shared out between the levels (Art. 104–106).
