Refugees and Asylum
The right of an individual person (or their direct family) persecuted on political grounds to asylum, subject to Cantonal authorization and applying only to individuals, not to groups or communities; matters concerning refugees, migrants, and displaced persons are addressed to Cantonal authorities.
