Judiciary Power (Cantonal Tribunals)
Each canton has its own courts and its own Constitutional Court, which settle disputes under cantonal law. Disputes between a municipality and its canton are settled by the canton’s courts (Art. 70, 71, 76), and a cantonal ruling prevails over a differing federal one (Art. 77).
