Every person shall have the right to free development of his personality insofar as he does not violate the rights of others. Every person shall have the right to life and physical integrity. Freedom of the person shall be inviolable.
Every Community shall have the right to the free development of its personality insofar as it does not violate the rights of others. Every Ethno- Cultural Group shall have the right to live in accordance with its own beliefs under its own laws without imposing its own beliefs, customs, habits, culture, requirements, or architecture on others. Individuals or communities are not authorized to request modifications of other cantons’ laws in order to accommodate such beliefs. Freedom of the Ethno-Cultural Groups shall be inviolable.
