Iyad Georges Boustany is one of FedLeb.org's core authors and the author of the draft Constitution of the Federal Republic of Lebanon published on the site. A Lebanese writer and financial expert with a long private-sector career, he advocates federalism as a means of preserving Lebanon's pluralism and its Christian community, warning that without structural political reform the Christian presence in Lebanon could shrink significantly over the coming decades.
