- Laws enacted must be promulgated in the cantonal and/or Federal Official Gazette.
- Laws, decrees, decisions, become enforceable only after promulgation in the cantonal and Federal Official Gazette.
- Each canton will have his official gazette and the federation shall have its official gazette.
