The Federation shall establish the five (5) Supreme Federal Courts of Justice: the Federal Constitutional Court, Federal Administrative Court, the Federal Finance Court, the Federal Labor Court, and the Federal Social Court as supreme courts of constitutional, administrative, financial, labor, and social jurisdiction.
Except for the Federal Constitutional Court, the judges of each of these courts shall be chosen jointly by the unanimous decision of the competent canton ministers. Every competent cantonal minister will propose candidate.
A Joint Chamber of the courts specified in paragraph (1) of this Article shall be established to preserve the uniformity of decisions. Details shall be regulated by federal law.
The Federation may establish other federal courts.
