Any Lebanese can live in any part of the country. Nothing will change.
A Sunni living in Jounié, will pay his/her local (municipal) taxes in Jounié and will vote to elect municipal members in Jounié. However, he/she will vote to elect the MPs of the Sunni Canton as he/she is affiliated with the Sunni Canton.
Fiscal matters especially related to cantonal health coverages and cantonal pension plans will be subject to certain inter-cantonal compensation agreement.
