This is proper to the Geographic Federation. We are proposing an Ethno-Geographic Federation whereby citizens belong to a Canton based on their cultural/ethnic/religious affiliation independent of where they are living.
Ex: a Lebanese Shiite living in Jbeil will be affiliated with the Shiite Canton similar to a Shiite living in Nabatiyeh. The same applies to a Christian Lebanese living in Rmeich (south) who will belong to the Christian Canton.
