- Unless canceled, laws of the Republic of Lebanon shall become either Federal Laws or Cantonal Laws.
- Law that, by virtue of this Basic Law could not be enacted as Federal laws, shall be superseded by Cantonal law or cancelled.
- International treaties shall be rescinded or renegotiated.
- The Federal Republic of Lebanon will exit all supra-federal “international” forums, such as the Arab League.
